Kerbal Space Program 2 (abbreviated as KSP2) is a space simulation and the successor to Kerbal Space Program. The video game, after several delays, was released in an Early Access version on February 24, 2023. A notable addition in Kerbal Space Program 2 is the introduction of colonies, allowing players to gather resources for the construction of structures, space stations, habitats, and unique types of fuel. These colonies can advance to the point of independently constructing spacecraft. Additionally, future updates to Kerbal Space Program 2 will enable interstellar travel, leading to the exploration of new planets. A multiplayer mode has also been announced.
